I realize this is an old post but it was constantly showing up on my search so I figured I would update it. I have found a current source for KVH Quadro repair & they can fix anything short of a missing circuitboard- instrumentintegration.com. They fixed several of my fried parts including the brainbox and nmea box. hopes this helps someone else out there because I know the frustration.
