Wired Incorporated has over 25 year of experience in the electrical engineering field. This experience ranges from technical support of projects in the field of Aerospace through developments in the field of Virtual Reality. Now, Wired has recently become an authorized repair center for KVH Quadro nautical Navigational systems.

If you would like an Engineer at Wired to repair your KVH Quadro system please complete the following steps:

WIRED INC. - Fill out the accompanying form indicating contact information, serial number and problem experienced with the system. Log onto PayPal by using the Buy Now button below and submit payment. Ship the unit in need of repair along with the form to Wired Inc. 38849 Courtland Drive, Willoughby, Ohio 44094

Upon receipt of the payment and the unit an engineer at Wired will assess the problem, if it is repairable the unit will be fixed and returned to the customer. If the unit is non-repairable the unit will be returned to the customer along with previously submitted payment less $50.00 for diagnosis, shipping and handling. Depending on the work load, repairs will take a minimum of two weeks or more. The fee charged is a flat rate fee for each item to be repaired, this fee includes return shipping and diagnosis on repaired items, parts, labor, obsolete part identification, procurement and testing.
