Hi All - Wondering if anyone has seen this letter from the Moore 24 Class Assoc to the NCORC regarding their new Offshore Racing rules.

It is a pretty good letter IMO. Have we sent something similar? Does anyone know if the Moore 24 folks got anywhere with this?
