Try installing a fairlead block, like a snatch block, or shackeling or tying a block to the toe rail to acheive an outboard lead for the #1. Experiment with the location to find optimum placement. You will save drilling more holes in the deck. Look on my boat, Dianne in dry storeage #3 at Brickyard and you'll see a good placement of an outside track for the #3. SDK
