On the West Coast, Trail-Rite http://www.trailrite.com/ seem to be the prefered choice. In San Diego there's another company called FE Trailers http://fetrailers.com/index.html that makes custom box beamed galvanized trailers. I think the going rate is about $3-3.5K for a new galvanized dual axle one.
