Harvey,
I believe there's a boat in the current Latitude for about $12,000,
which is currently at Nelson's yard. At that price, I'm sure it needs
work, but don't know if it has bottom paint. There are a few
wet-sailed boats about, and some drysailined boats with bottom paint,
if you look around Richmond or Alameda. In general you are better off
finding a turnkey Express because the cost of skilled labor makes any
job on these boats expensive. Consider one of the new ones from New
Zealand!
Anyway, if you'd like a ride some time just shout. I sail out of
Brickyard Cove.
