Does anyone have any options for dry storage in the bay area right now. Looking to bring my boat down but Richmond Boardwalk (Formerly Brickyard Cove) is shooting themselves in the foot by not allowing out of state boats at all. In prior years, out of state boats could be there for 4 or 6 months, I can't recall exactly which.

RYC is 30 deep on their waitlist.

Are there any other options to consider with a hoist?
