Kim Desenberg works at KKMI in Richmond. No idea if he has the molds or use of them, but I'd guess that KKMI could build a new rudder somehow or other. Kim's email is '[email protected]', and KKMI's website is www.kkmi.com.

Kim managed some repair to my E27 when I first bought it, and everything went well. KKMI isn't the cheapest place, but they (usually) get everything right the first time.
