I got shear pins from Svendsens in Alameda a while ago. I keep a spare taped to the bottom of the nav table after a long delivery when the motor would run but not turn the prop. Be sure to put the motor away under the deck in neutral so the prop dosen't bang on somthing and can't spin. For the mainsheet I get used rope or some roll end from Hansen Rigging. They are usually already softened up and the cover is a bit roughed up for grip. You should stop by his shop as he has the largest selection of reall cool ropes I have seen. Will

:: Anyone have:

:: 1. Correct shear pin size for our Tohatsu 3.5 outboard?
:: and

:: 2. Line recommendation for a new mainsheet - we want
:: something 'grippy' right out of the box that doesn't
:: hockle, runs well, and comes in solid colors. We like
:: 7/16" (11mm) diameter. Recommemdations so far are Salsa,
:: Conception and Samson XLS.
