Not sure I'm comfortable with a place that charges you before they even see the unit. And from what I gather, the "flat fee" that they refer to is $800!! Click on "Buy Now" at the bottom of the site...

Most Brain Boxes can be fixed by replacing the fuses and reseting the unit, which only requires disconnecting the lithium battery, jumping the two jumper post, powering it on for a minute or so. Then power off, remove the jumpers and re-solder the battery. Just did this on mine and it's working fine again.
