Soliticing some advice on two repair topics. First, i've got some minor gouges where the old pads use to make contact with the hull. Laminate is exposed but not damaged. I'm thinking of using 3M vinylester to fill in the area and then have it spray gelcoated to best match the original color. Was thinking another route was to just use a matched color gelcoat paste and fill and fair.

Second, I've noticed some surface blisters under the old pads. I don't know if these are worth even bothering with but I'm thinking of lightly scraping/popping, drying and refilling the section with either a vinylester or again the gelcoat paste. Afterwards, covering the pads with Poly sheeting to prevent moisture retention.

Thanks!
