It’s appears to be a clerical error in registering the boat as there is no PHRF certificate listed for magic on the YRA website. http://www.yra.org/PHRF/docs/current_phrf_certs_boat.pdf.

It is the responsibility of every skipper to ensure his or her boat is properly registered and correctly scored, not the fleets. 3BF RC provides ample time to address scoring issue and in this case the boat was officially scored with a PHRF rating of 126 in the sport boat division and the entry was not challenged!
