Shenanigans bailed out at 1:45 just shy of Vallejo. Decent westerly up the bay but that died and an easterly picked up. Not much flood to speak of off the beach. It was looking like a very long day and night to Stockton. Good luck all of those who soldiered on all the way to Stockton!
