SSC has a hoist that works very well for our boats. I would say that a majority of the people pull their boats out Saturday night. We did that the first year, but found it to be too much of a hassle after a long day of sailing. We prefer to leave the boat in the water Saturday night, enjoy the band and BBQ the club puts on, and pull the boat Sunday morning when things are a lot less chaotic.

Some people do motor home, but it is a very long trip.

The Ditch Run is a great race. Hope you can make it.
