Will Paxton will be checking boats to ensure compliance with class rules at the Nationals. Because most boats won't be at Encinal before the start of the racing, he will be doing spot checks during the course of the regatta. The checks will focus mostly on lifeline tension and other easily verified items (e.g., he won't be weighing boats).
