Tom hails from Channel Island Marina, Marina del Ray and San Diego where he has a fleet of Catalina 28 charter boats.

But for himself Tom wanted the fastest 27' channel island's cruiser available. Express 27 meet that requirement.

Tom has done hundreds of Mexico cruises on all types of boats, back and forth to Hawaii, knows all the Channel Islands from years of gunkholing the best moorings and island adventure spots.

Race plans include SoCal PHRF and near over the border races.
